Is it almost Halloween? Do you have plans? No? Well, then get yourself down to Rehoboth Beach this weekend for the 28th Annual Sea Witch Festival. There will be people (and dogs) in almost every costume you can imagine. We perform on the bandstand late Sunday morning and then we lead the dog parade down the boardwalk that afternoon.
