Neon Swing is back at The Lodge at Indian Lake (Central City PA) for an extra creepy Halloween show this Friday!
This Friday (Oct. 25) will be Neon Swing X-perience's annual Halloween show and this year we're bringing it to The Lodge at Indian Lake. The band will be in full costume and we will perform a Halloween-inspired second set. The show is from 9-midnight and the address is 700 S Shore Trail Central City, PA 15926. The Lodge is a spacious venue with a great dance floor and we're thrilled to be back. More information is available at https://thelodgeatindianlake.com/.
We're also now able to share some details about the release of "O Howly Night," our ninth album and our first holiday-themed album! At 8 PM on November 9, we will perform an album release show at the Four Seasons Brewing Company in Latrobe, PA. We are proud to partner with Four Seasons on this show - we love supporting locally owned businesses (especially if they offer an exceptional product!). All sales of the album (as well as a portion of Four Seasons’ sales) at the show will be donated to the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh Foundation which exists to provide financial support for the hospital’s mission of improving the health and well-being of children.
For this album, we wanted to contribute something positive to the community and, in the spirit of Christmas, wanted to do something that would benefit children. We believe that every child should have a happy holiday season. So, when we were thinking about organizations that benefit children in need, the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh Foundation was obviously a top choice because of the excellent care that they help provide to sick kids.
We are suggesting a $5 minimum donation (cash only) to the Children’s Hospital Foundation at the November 9th release party in exchange for a physical CD. We have also launched a website at www.givetochildrens.org/neonswing to donate to the Children’s Hospital Foundation via non-cash methods.
For those that want the album in digital form or cannot attend the release party, it will also be available at most download and streaming sites and other retailers such as CD Baby and Amazon on November 9. It is now available for pre-order from iTunes/Apple Music and includes an immediate download of one track.
Don't forget that there will be an ugly Christmas sweater competition also at Four Seasons on November 9th, so dress festive!
